This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 1130 platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before using our services.

Updated: January 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using any part of the 1130 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 1130 platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 1130 as the platform operator. This platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where such activity is permitted by law. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

1130 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Account Creation and Security

Each user is permitted only one active account on the 1130 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these terms. 1130 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time through a Know Your Customer (KYC) process and to request relevant supporting documents.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. All activity that takes place on your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by any other party with or without your authorisation. Please contact the 1130 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules

As a user of the 1130 platform, you agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Malaysian law.
  • Engage in fraud, market manipulation, or any activity that compromises the integrity of the platform.
  • Use automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation from 1130.
  • Share your account or allow third parties to use it.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's systems, servers, or networks.
  • Distribute offensive or defamatory content, or content that infringes on any party's rights, through the platform's communication channels.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and 1130 reserves the right to take appropriate legal action.

4. Payment and Transaction Information

All transactions on the 1130 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a variety of local payment methods including bank transfers, e-wallets, and other methods listed in the Deposit section of the platform.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are as stated in the relevant sections of the platform and are subject to change from time to time. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same name as the 1130 account holder. Deposits from third parties are not accepted.

Withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe stated by the platform, subject to the completion of identity verification. 1130 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request suspected of involving fraudulent activity or non-compliance with applicable bonus terms. Any transaction fees charged by third-party financial institutions are the user's responsibility.

5. Limitation of Liability and Account Policy

Limitation of Liability

1130 is not liable for any losses incurred by users arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to financial loss, data loss, or service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control such as internet outages, third-party server failures, or extraordinary circumstances. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and 1130 makes no guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or fully meet user expectations.

Account Suspension and Closure

1130 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of terms and conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering, inaccurate registration information, or upon instruction from a relevant authority. If an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. Users whose accounts have been closed for legitimate reasons may contact the support team to request a review.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 1130 platform, including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software, is the exclusive property of 1130 or its relevant licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use any element of the platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms, and Governing Law

Third-Party Links

The 1130 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for reference purposes. 1130 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Accessing third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms.

Changes to Terms

1130 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. The date of the most recent update will be displayed at the top of this document. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you should stop using the platform and close your account.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
